I almost cried when Miguna Miguna said a Dollar dominated bond is not called a Eurobond . This shows that not even the ordinary Kenyans understand this Eurobond talk . Can my fellow Actuaries take time to explain to Kenyans what a Eurobond is . Should finance related topics be made compulsory instead of making HIV/AIDS
