Statement: Kenya Magistrates & Judges Association Reads Riot Act

Faced with tough criticism on the Judiciary the Kenya Magistrates Association held a presser today to address various issues.   This is after intense criticism from the public, DPP and even the DCI that have all blamed Judiciary of being too lenient on corrupt individuals and even terror suspects.   The Kenya Magistrates & Judges Association has told Judiciary critics that cases and bond terms are decided purely on evidence & law, deny frustrating graft war.
