Kenyatta University Student Sues HELB Over Delayed Remittances

A KENYATTA University student has filed an affidavit suing the HIGHER LOANS EDUCATION BOARD for causing delays on comrades due to delayed remittance of the HELB which sustain comrades at school. The student has also co-sued Equity for failing to put Pressure on the Higher Education Loans Board to release the funds in time. The Student leader, who is elected to represent students notes that students need the HELB loan for survival hence unfair to delay the funds. The mention is scheduled later this month.
