Applying for the Kenyan e-passport follows a clear government process. You start online and finish the application at an immigration office. Each step matters, and small mistakes can delay approval.Create an E-Citizen Account
The Kenyan government provides passport services through the E-Citizen portal. You must create an account before starting the application. You need a valid Kenyan ID number to register. You can sign up using a smartphone, laptop, or cyber café. Enter your ID details correctly and keep your login credentials safe. After logging in, the portal opens several data pages. You must complete seven out of nine sections.
