Fundraiser for Olare Secondary School that raised Kshs. 11 million was presided over by Matiang’i By a Facebook User: SAVE OLARE SECONDARY SCHOOL FROM THIS CORRUPTION The school had a fundraiser totalling to Kshs. 11Million graced by then Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i last year. Since then, no proper work has been done. The construction of the said building has stalled due to poor quality and is set to be demolished. Shoddy Works: What Kshs. 3 million is said to have done. The Principal Mrs. Rose Adhiambo has been doing direct transfers to her personal account from school account as shown in the pictures below. When stakeholders met, the BOM chair mobilized youths who disrupted the meeting that was organized due to community pressure.
