How To Open a PesaPap Wallet
You must first open a PesaPap Wallet before you can request a loan. Here is how to do it:
- Download the PesaPap App from the Google Play Store or dial *325#
- Select Open Wallet Account from the menu
- Follow the instructions to register your wallet
You will need the following information:
- Full name (as it appears on your ID)
- National ID number
- Mobile phone number
Once done, your phone number becomes your wallet account number.
How To Qualify For PesaPap Loan
Not everyone qualifies automatically. To improve your chances of loan approval, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Have an active Family Bank account for at least 6 months
- Avoid CRB listing for the last 3 months
