I have read with much disdain how the Kenyan youths complaining how much the elders, people who have jobs especially civil servants are taking the census jobs. Question is, haven't the youths read the saying that goes, 'power is taken, not given'? What are they doing? Youths have a great place to mobilize, that is social media especially Facebook and protest for months on end to call on the government to review the list of employees for the census jobs and other jobs. They have the power to demand the government notices them as a Constituency. Play to fake politicians like Ruto to help you secure the jobs and not accept to listen to anymore empty promises of jobs.
