The Incoming Inspector General of police will have a lot to do. Many Kenyans want to feel secure as they proceed with their daily activities. Though his academic credentials are being questioned, Boinett looks like a man who can bring change in the security sector. That said, there are many things that we would want him to do and implement. I hope he will be ready to accept criticism not like his predecessor David Kimaiyo who used to block his critics on social media, intimidate journalists and harass poor Kenyans. Kimaiyo was a flop, what he did always made him a laughing stock and a shame to the office of the inspector general. After performing poorly, Kimaiyo managed to retire with a verified Twitter account. What an achievement! Kenyans...
