Centre for Corporate Governance awards a certificate to Stephen Kinuthia(right), a socialite Board member at the Tourism Finance Corporation, after the successful completion of the 196th 5-day Corporate Governance course held last week at Travellers Beach Hotel & Club, Mombasa in July 2019
On 4th May 2019, President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed a lot of people to various parastatal jobs, among them former MPs and Governors.
At the Tourism Finance Corporation (TFC), one of those appointed was Stephen N. Kinuthia.
Mr. Kinuthia was to sit as a board member of Tourism Finance Corporation.
Fast forward to July 2020, news of his resigning were met with unbelief.
Well, Kinuthia was sacked and replaced with a Mr Antony Kingi.
