Corrections policy
Mistakes happen. When we make one, we fix it on the record.
How we correct
- Every published post has a version history at
/p/{id}/versions— every edit is logged with the editor's note. - Material corrections add a "Correction:" note to the top of the article.
- Headline-level errors are corrected in place; the original wording is preserved in the version log.
- Stories that are entirely wrong are retracted with a public note explaining what happened.
Reporting an error
Email corrections@nyakundireport.com or use the "Report" button below any post. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within 24 hours.

Our quarterly transparency report rolls up corrections, retractions, material updates, and unpublished items from the public ledger.
