The Judicial Service Commission is currently undertaking interviews for the Chief Justice and Presdient of the Supreme Court position.
One thing however that has been on the lips of Kenyans is that the govt has infiltrated the interview and there’s already a pre-approved candidate in the name of Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia.
Corruption at the Judiciary crept back after President Uhuru threatened to ‘revisit it’, and now, all Kenyans are paying the price. JSC has given out letters to some individuals who didn't sit for interviews. These people are relatives to the Warsame’s of this world.
There was no process followed since there was no interviews conducted.
These are a bunch of corrupt guys.

JSC is the most corrupt commission in Kenya. They hate staff.
