The Judicial Service Commission accused of nepotism in hiring

Fred Ngatia Senior Counsel and candidate for the position of Chief Justice.

The Judicial Service Commission is currently undertaking interviews for the Chief Justice and Presdient of the Supreme Court position.

One thing however that has been on the lips of Kenyans is that the govt has infiltrated the interview and there’s already a pre-approved candidate in the name of Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia.

Corruption at the Judiciary crept back after President Uhuru threatened to ‘revisit it’, and now, all Kenyans are paying the price. We did our interviews back in November and they haven't released results. Hey bro Please for the first time just dig deeper on the recruitment of court administrators and court assistants. JSC has given out letters to some individuals who didn't sit for interviews. These people are relatives to the Warsame’s of this world.

There was no process followed since there was no interviews conducted.

These are a bunch of corrupt guys.

These guys have been posted in Milimani Commercial Court.

JSC is the most corrupt commission in Kenya. They hate staff.
