The Director of Criminal Investigations [DCI] has asked Kenyans to help identify two men caught on camera giving marijuana to a young boy and urging him to smoke.

Through the institution's official Twitter handle, they told Kenyans who have any information on the two or the video's origin to immediately notify them.
According to the tweet, the DCI seeks to “speak” to the two individuals over the controversial video.
