It’s a real concern that our fellow Indians have failed to integrate with Kenyans, they have their own schools, apartments, hospitals, and hotels etc. and rarely mix with black Kenyans. At HOTPOINT APPLIANCES it’s no different: Pay disparities on the basis of race. Unfair treatment, long working hours, threats, and harassment has become the norm.
They pay peanuts and bring in their relatives from India who know nothing and pay them 3 or 4 times your salary and you train them how to do the job. They are cruel, arrogant and ill mannered, it’s so sad that someone ludicrously recognizes them as 44th tribe in Kenya.
It’s shameful how they abuse their employees very hurtful insults, discriminating against the Kenyan citizens (Bandar meaning Monkey). An Indian client (commonly referred to as VVIP clients) will get exceptional service and exclusive discounts. This is Bollocks and can't be allowed to happen in Kenya at all in this time and age.
Do we have existing labor laws if so why are they unable to help this poor workers against this Asian mongrels. Let the government intervene before this issue gets out of hand. Am not supporting whatever is happening in South Africa but if such cases are left unsolved for a long time people get tired and take matters into their own hand. Am only praying it never escalates to such extents here.
I have witnessed the general workers and installers being subjected to harsh working conditions with very low pay. It’s clear that this Indians have no clue of how to treat their employees.

Patrick – The corrupt and dumb head of security licking Indian ass and discriminating against fellow workmates. You are shooting yourself in the foot, day by day.
