At HOTPOINT APPLIANCES it’s no different: Pay disparities on the basis of race. Unfair treatment, long working hours, threats, and harassment has become the norm. They pay peanuts and bring in their relatives from India who know nothing and pay them 3 or 4 times your salary and you train them how to do the job. They are cruel, arrogant and ill mannered, it’s so sad that someone ludicrously recognizes them as 44th tribe in Kenya.
