Greetings, I have been working in The Mwache Multipurpose Dam Project that is currently underway in Kasemeni, Kinango Sub-county in Kwale County. Currently, we are carrying out livelihood and restoration for the community losing property in the area. A Consultancy firm which is responsible for helping the community losing property prepare and structure their life afterwards has done a great job by assisting the community. The main problem is that we are at the awarding stage. Survey and inquiry have already been done by the National Land Commission (NLC) and to every body's surprise, they are paying these people Sh350k per acre. Simon Chelugui, then Cabinet...
