Below is my story: On date 10/05/2019, I booked a Jambojet flight from Nairobi to Entebbe. I chose to book it at their office because there was a problem with their online terms and conditions link. This was my first time to book a Jambojet flight and therefore, I requested to know from the staff who was serving me whether I can get a refund after buying a ticket and I was told YES. Few days later, circumstances that were beyond my control made me request for a ticket refund, but I was told that I cannot be given a refund and that the only thing they can do for me is to postpone my departure date by a maximum of six months.
