LSK Opens Competitive Cycle for Advocates In its notice, the Society emphasized adherence to Rule 5 of the Advocates Senior Counsel Conferment and Privileges Rules, 2011. The Committee on Senior Counsel began receiving applications from lawyers with the required qualifications. The Committee includes representatives from leading legal bodies and carries the responsibility of evaluating applications before making official recommendations to President William Ruto.
