After we exposed the accident which occurred nearly two years ago on the Luanda - Kisumu highway; the police in Luanda have promised to restart the case afresh. The mother of Victor Shiraku have been summoned to record fresh statements. However, the only thing that stops them from traveling to Luanda is money for transport. The father had moved to court to have Ebenezer M. Sacco to pay for the injuries and hospital bills that the family incurred.
