After we exposed the accident which occurred nearly two years ago on the Luanda - Kisumu highway; the police in Luanda have promised to restart the case afresh.

The mother of Victor Shiraku have been summoned to record fresh statements. However, the only thing that stops them from traveling to Luanda is money for transport.
The father had moved to court to have Ebenezer M. Sacco to pay for the injuries and hospital bills that the family incurred.
The case has however dragged on for close to two years because the lawyer is working pro bono.

Our police source says that in his assessment, the police didn't do their work properly.
