There is panic at Nairobi Metropolitan Services as the Director of Health Dr Ouma Oluga launched a full crack-down on any staffer criticizing him on social media including in Whatsapp groups.

The führer, as he is now referred to has told employees that he will not hesitate at using the state resources to crack down on anyone who criticizes him on any platform.

Making his threat real, "Dr" Ouma Oluga has pushed for an employee to be arrested, accused of posting malicious content that had injured the reputation of Dr Ouma Oluga.

One Brown Olaly Ashira was arrested on the 13th of June and released on a Ksh. 50,000 bail for sharing a post on Whatsapp and encouraging others to follow Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi on Twitter in order to see the scandals on NMS that were being serialized by this blog. Ridiculous charge sheet! As if the Kinoti-led DCI couldn't sink lower than the lower they are ... Frustrated county health workers contracted by the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) were recently up in arms against the General Badi-led entity for failing to execute promised promotions despite Sh538 million being set aside for that purpose.

Speaking to this blog on Wednesday, 8 June, one of the afflicted staffers directly blamed the Director of Health Dr Ouma Oluga for the unresolved mess after it emerged that the former KMPDU Secretary General played a major role in the diversion of the funds to satisfy his personal interests.

Thousands of workers who have served on probation for over 12 years watched their dreams of being permanently absorbed washed away when the NMS returned the money allocated for promotions, redesignation and confirmations back to the Treasury.

Bearing in mind that no promotions have been made in many years and some employees have moved up only one grade in about 20 years.

It is curious as to why the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and "Dr" Ouma Oluga are carrying out a crack-down using laws that have been overtaken by time despite the fact that he is serving the public.

The Kinoti-led DCI has in the recent past been accused of doing a shoddy job the latest case being a big blunder where they arrested a man claiming he had carried out a public execution even as video evidence showed the man in the shooting was slimmer. DCI Boss George Kinoti Reports that have reached this site have told us that NMS health docket carried out immunisation of covid activity RRI from 27TH of January sponsored by the World Bank for 10 days vaccinators data clerks and community health volunteers have not been paid yet they were made to sign forms for implementation.

USAID & CDC also donated 20 laptops to be used at the emergency operation centre EOC but those laptops have never been given for use at EOC. Our sources have confided to us that the laptops were shared by management at Nyayo House health directorate. Maybe this Piece of shit should have remained at Kamiti? Just thinking aloud... All this rot and corruption is presided over by "Dr" Ouma Oluga who is presiding over looting by NMS and mistreating staff and community health volunteers.

The charged employee has been released on a Ksh. 20,000 bail
