I am writing in regards to the attached CBA. The first previous two were passed by AASWU (the peoples union) led by one Mr. Baraza under the able shop stewardship of one Mr. Stephen Maronco. Then came changes in the HR which is now lead by slay-queens one madam Mary Cheemas (Nairobi) and Jane Wairimo (Mombasa).

Their first thing in the office was making sure there were wrangles and introduced another union by the name KAWU under the leadership of one idiot Mr. Ndiema and shop stewardship of a useless woman by the name of Janet Asena and a dog called Bakari.

These guys have embarked to ruin our lives for little handouts as the two last attached CBA indicates.

Even after losing court cases and losing numbers and legality they still went ahead and signed another CBA for 3 years without our consent yet AASWU had begun the negotiations.
