When we trust our children with an adult, we expect the teachers and principals to behave in a fair and appropriate manner in the interest of the students as our agent. We expect them to be the first trusted point of call when our children are struggling with any problem or issue. The school has reverted back to parents with the below letter asking us to phone the numbers below separately if concerned: 1. Why is the school afraid to meet all parents in one meeting? 2. They have an *open door* policy which they are careful to put in quotes as indicated in their own letter. Is this...
