This year a friend of mine got his daughter admitted at that school and he was issued a fee structure quoting Kshs. 53,554.00 for the whole academic year. To his surprise he was given another fee structure with different figures quoting Kshs. 91,933 for the whole academic year. Is Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi in on this fraud? Does he want to be sacked like Bruce Odhiambo?
