Secondly, they make existing pending customers orders to disappear miraculously. Thirdly, their customer care service staff are always rude. Fourthly, the specific location of their offices is unknown. Lastly, there are two guys namely John and Peter. Once you complain about a product, they promise to get back to you with a solution. However, they never receive your call again.
