There’s this ruthless microfinance called Inuka Africa. It is robbing clients with impunity. They chased my three friends away like dogs for claiming back their refundable deposits. Plus, I personally got blocked despite repaying my month’s due loan within just two days. They posted many penalties, so I don’t claim my shares worth Sh6,000. They served us at their office in Bondo. The manager is Josephine; she is rude to everyone. My colleague even completed her one-month loan within 2 days, but they falsely claimed she was late for a week. They slapped her with penalties and did not refund her Sh5,000,” the source laments. We strongly condemn such acts of mistreatment and urge relevant authorities to ensure they serve justice for the affected parties.
