The social media user, Dennis Kiptoo Mutai had tweeted threatening post-election violence if Kikuyus fail to pay their debt of voting for William Ruto as per the MOU. There has been a buzz about 2022 general elections, barely a year after Kenyans voted. The 2022 narrative is being promoted by the Kenyan media that has featured an exchange by politicians from all the political divides. Despite the post-election violence threat, which amounts to incitement, the social media user who posted the statements is a free man, exposing NCIC, the moribund commission whose officials, led by Kaparo focus on doing the government hit-job like harassing bloggers on imaginary hate speech while hate-mongers roam free.
The social media user also indicated that it is going to be worse if Kikuyus don't vote for Ruto come 2022.
