President William Ruto signs an Executive Order at State House, Nairobi The Hustler Fund now has a management team in place following four appointments through a special edition of the Kenya Gazette issued on Friday. The initiative viewed as President Ruto's pet project is a financial inclusion fund that aims to empower the youth and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with access to capital. Dr Ruto has appointed Ms Irene Muthoni Metha-Karani as the non-executive chairperson of the Financial Inclusion Fund board, citing the powers given to him by the Public Finance Management Act to do so.
