According to SGR policy in their website, once you cancel a trip after earlier booking you can always get back 80% refund. I booked a ticket last month then changed the travel date in which I was charged 10%, was told I cannot change the ticket again. Today I realized I can't travel on the new date, having been told I cannot change a ticket twice I went for option of trip cancelation hoping to get my 80% refund which I would top up and book a new ticket as the policy says. I was surprised when I was told that cannot happen and have to pay full amount again and that I'm not getting any refunds.
