Story · Fraudulent Ticketing: This Is How SGR Is Stealing From Kenyans

According to SGR policy in their website, once you cancel a trip after earlier booking you can always get back 80% refund.

I booked a ticket last month then changed the travel date in which I was charged 10%, was told I cannot change the ticket again.

Today I realized I can't travel on the new date, having been told I cannot change a ticket twice I went for option of trip cancelation hoping to get my 80% refund which I would top up and book a new ticket as the policy says.

I was surprised when I was told that cannot happen and have to pay full amount again and that I'm not getting any refunds.

Isn't SGR misleading the public and stealing from them as well by not refunding?
