Kibe, besides owning a flying school at Wilson, operated LET 410 aircraft that has been transporting miraa to Somalia and other destinations prior to his appointment as the DG.
Bak to Siverstone, early this month, a Lamu bound plane operated by Silverstone Air veered off the runway and crashed leaving two people on board injured.
