Cartels led by the political advisor to Governor Mohamud Ali are holding him hostage over the possible names the governor is to nominate various candidates for the position of Marsabit County Public Service Board.
Surprisingly, the selection panel chaired by Eng. Joseph Guyo made many blunders in the selection process, for example, they shortlisted and recommended serving public officers against County Government's Act 2012, article 58 part 3 (b).
However, based on individual performances during the interview, gender balance and disability considerations the below listed should be considered by H.E Governor Mohamud Ali.
