On Saturday evening, Kenyan champions Gor Mahia crashed out of the CAF Champions League after failing to protect their two-goal lead.
Lobi Stars of Nigeria scored two goals at home and a goal in Nairobi which meant Gor Mahia was eliminated based on the away goals rule as the game ended 3-3.
Kenyans couldn't help but wonder how K'Ogalo lost their two-goal lead despite a very positive start at Kasarani during the first leg of the match where they scored three past the Nigerians.
Immediately the full-time whistle was blown, disappointed fans went online to vent their frustration with some suggesting that the game might have been fixed by betting giants SportPesa.

Kenyan blogger Robert Alai boldly accused the betting firm of fixing the game between Lobi Stars and Gor Mahia and a lot of Kenyans seemed to share the same sentiments, if the comments are anything to go by.
Alai claimed that Gor players received bribes and intentionally played a sluggish second half where Lobi scored twice in the last minutes of the game.

Some felt that Alai's claims were baseless and went on to give their opinion on the same.
