Lawyer Nelson Havi has challenged Members of Parliament and Senators to stop President William Ruto from turning Kenya into what he calls an Ebola containment island.
He says this is the moment Parliament must stop watching from the sidelines and do its work by protecting Kenyans from secretive foreign quarantine arrangements.
