Published on November 25, 2019, Tanzanian musician Rayvanny has been served divorce papers by his wife Fahy Vanny, according to their publicized online messages.
Rayvanny shared these messages on his Instagram page, where his wife threatens to leave him and take their son Jaydan.
"Esabu mm na Jay ama jay amefariki kwenye maisha yako. Nitapigana na nitashinda. Sitakosa pesa ya kula. Ila mm na Jay esabu kuwa tumekufa kwenye maisha yako," Fahy Vanny wrote.
Rayvanny responded by stating that his wife has been wanting a life that doesn't benefit them and that he respects their time together, despite their differences.
"Nimekua Nakuheshimu miaka tuliokua pamoja kuna mengi tumekoseana na tumesameheana na kila mara umekua ukitamani maisha ambayo kila siku nakwambia hayatakusaidia," Rayvanny wrote.
"Nakuheshimu na naishemu sana familia yangu. Ikiwa umeamua mwenyewe kuondoka, siwezi kulaumu. Bado napenda familia yangu. Nakutakia Maisha Mema," he added.
These public messages suggest that the couple has been experiencing difficulties in their marriage.
