On November 22, 2019, Kenya Scouts Association issued a statement condemning the comedians for their actions.
The association's chief executive, Victor Radido, stated that the comedians had violated the law by wearing the uniform without permission.
Radido emphasized that the comedians' actions would tarnish the reputation of the association.
He further stated that using the association's uniform and badge without permission was akin to breaking the law, as these items are highly regulated.
As of now, Eric Omondi and his colleagues have not commented on the allegations.
