On November 16, 2019, Deputy President William Ruto called on Jubilee party members who had expressed interest in other parties to declare their stand.

Speaking at Liloch Primary School after commissioning the Kipkelion-Kebeneti-Fortenan road, Ruto emphasized the importance of heeding President Uhuru Kenyatta's directive from the Sagana meeting for the country's development.

He dismissed opposition leaders' claims that Jubilee party had disintegrated, stating that the party was still intact.

Ruto also criticized opposition leaders for lacking vision on the country's development agenda, terming them 'clueless.'

He further hit out at leaders who were zoning the country through 'bedroom' politics, saying Kenyans were free to settle, do business, or live anywhere they wanted in the country.

Ruto emphasized that no Kenyan owed any political leader allegiance.
