On November 16, 2019, a Makadara law court heard a case of malicious damage to property involving a man named Zack Omolo.
Omolo was accused of damaging the counter and iron sheets fence at a pub belonging to Caroline Akinyi after he was asked to pay for his beer.
According to reports, Omolo became rowdy and started causing damage after being told to pay his bill at around 9:45pm by a waitress at the pub.
Caroline Akinyi was called in and found the items broken, and she reported the incident to the police.
Omolo denied the charges before senior principal magistrate Angelo Kithinji and was released on a cash bail of Sh20,000.
The case will be heard from March 16.
