Kenyan singer Avril has found herself at the centre of a new rumour, just days after Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and Lilian Ngángá announced their break-up.
The rumour started after Avril shared a photo online of herself with a man who resembles the governor, captioning it 'Tuwishiane happy couples day ama tulenge tu?'
However, the mother of one was forced to reveal the identity of the man in question as Ronnie, posting 'Heh! These streets. #CrownedByRonnie!'
Avril's clarification has put an end to the speculation that she's dating the governor, with many Kenyans taking to social media to share their reactions to the rumour.
