Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has played down speculation that he could replace Unai Emery at Arsenal, citing his current role as a top job.

Speaking ahead of his team's match against Arsenal on Saturday, Rodgers acknowledged that he is often linked to top clubs, but emphasized that he is happy with his current position.

"If you work well, it's a natural consequence of what happens in this game - you'll get linked to other jobs," Rodgers told Sky Sports.

"People link me, at times, to top clubs - I'm already in a top job. This is a fantastic club, a great job for me and in this moment with the ownership we have, the players I have, I'm absolutely loving every minute of it," he added.

Emery's future at Arsenal is uncertain, with the team struggling in recent weeks. They have won just one of their last six games in all competitions and will face Leicester without Dani Ceballos, who is out with a hamstring injury.

Despite the speculation surrounding Emery, Rodgers expressed empathy for his fellow manager, acknowledging the pressures and challenges that come with the job.

"When you're a manager you always have empathy for another manager," Rodgers said. "You understand the pressures, you understand the climate we work in. But as a manager you really focus on what you can control."
