Published on November 2, 2019, Elon Musk, the co-founder and CEO of Tesla, has taken a break from Twitter, leaving his 29 million followers wondering what's next.

Just hours before his departure, Musk expressed doubts about Twitter's value, saying he was 'not sure about the good of Twitter' in a series of posts on the platform.

However, in a surprising twist, Musk praised Reddit, a popular discussion group website, saying 'Reddit still seems good.'

This isn't the first time Musk has faced controversy on Twitter. In 2018, he was fined $20 million by securities regulators for a single tweet about taking Tesla private, which sent the company's stock soaring but was deemed misleading by regulators.

Musk's tweet was part of a settlement reached last fall, in which he agreed to pay a $20 million fine and relinquish the chairmanship of Tesla for three years.
