Wema Sepetu, a Tanzanian actress and former Miss Tanzania 2006, has expressed her desire to have children. In a recent interview, she revealed that she is considering using a surrogate, inspired by American socialite Kim Kardashian.
Speaking to dizzim online, Sepetu stated, "I have faith that I can carry my own child, I feel that surrogate is too westernised. Having your own child that you carry in your womb, the labour pain and birth is good." However, she also mentioned that she might emulate Kardashian and have two of her own children and two through a surrogate.
Addressing rumors about her womb, Sepetu clarified, "I don’t have womb problems. So far so good. I thank God." This statement comes after she revealed her longing for a child in an interview with Millard Ayo website in 2015, where she expressed her desire to be called a mother.
On a separate note, Sepetu wished her friend Harmonize, who recently left WCB, all the best, saying, "If God has written that he should be on top, who am I to go against that. I wish him all the best, he deserves it."
