President Uhuru Kenyatta's Mashujaa Day celebrations on October 20th, 2019, have been marred by a mystery surrounding a high-caliber bullet found near the event venue.

The bullet was discovered at Senti Kumi in Likoni, just meters away from the Mama Ngina Water Font where the President led the celebrations.

According to security officials, the bullet was found in a 500-meter tunnel opposite the event venue, which is a significant distance considering the bullet's potential range of up to 3,000 meters.

The recovery of the bullet has sparked concern among security circles, with some officials suggesting that it may have belonged to a group of alleged terrorists gunned down at Majengo Mapya three weeks prior to the event.

Police had reported that the three terrorists had planned to launch attacks during Mashujaa Day before their plans were foiled, and a cache of deadly weapons was recovered at their hideout.

As a result, the Military took charge of the celebrations, and army and Navy officers patrolled the Likoni streets, causing mayhem and terrorizing residents on the day.
