On October 24, 2019, a shocking discovery was made in a South B estate house in Nairobi, where the decomposing body of a 13-year-old boy was found.
The boy's mother, a University of Nairobi lecturer, was arrested on October 25, 2019, after detectives discovered the body wrapped in a blanket inside the house.
Nairobi Police boss Phillip Ndolo stated that police are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the boy's death and those involved.
"Investigations are ongoing, so that we can establish what transpired," Ndolo told Capital FM News.
