Kenyan gospel singer Size 8 (real name Linet Munyali Muraya) has made a long-awaited announcement: she is expecting another baby. The news comes after she faced numerous complications during her pregnancy.
Size 8, who is married to DJ Mo, shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, expressing her gratitude to God for protecting her and her unborn baby. She wrote: "... God has been our protection our cover, thru tears and thru pain God has covered us under His mighty wing!!!! And I did not lose this pregnancy!!!! Soon and very soon I will hold my baby in my hands because this far God has fought for us!!!!! The journey this far has not been easy full of hurdles but His grace has been our strength!!!..."
She also shared a photo of herself tenderly holding her baby bump while dressed in a flowing red evening dress. Her husband DJ Mo responded with a congratulatory message, saying: "Congrats babe, Glory to God, shukuru mzee kazi amefanya sio jokes..."
Size 8's announcement comes just two months after she refused to confirm speculations about her pregnancy. In December 2018, she revealed that she had miscarried her second pregnancy and thanked her friends and family for their support.
The celebrity couple, who have been married for six years, already have a child, Ladasha Belle Wambui, born in November 2015.
