On Wednesday, Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero was involved in a car accident while driving his £80,000 Range Rover.
Fortunately, Aguero emerged unscathed from the accident, which left significant damage to the front offside wheel of his vehicle.
City sources have confirmed that Aguero suffered no injury as a result of the collision.
It's worth noting that Aguero was not included in Argentina's squad during the international break due to an existing injury.
Manchester City's squad did not train on Wednesday, but they are set to return to the City Football Academy on Thursday to prepare for their upcoming match against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
City, who are trailing Liverpool by eight points at the top of the Premier League table, will be looking to bounce back from their 2-0 loss to Wolves before the international break.
It remains to be seen whether Aguero will have recovered sufficiently from his current injury to be included in City's travelling squad for the game at Palace.
International manager Lionel Scaloni revealed that Aguero has been carrying an injury this season, although he has still managed to score eight goals in eight appearances.
“Sergio Aguero is not here because he’s been carrying a problem and has not been training 100 per cent with his club,” Scaloni said.
