IEBC Accused of Rigging Kibra By-Election ¶

A lobby group, Political Justice Movement, has accused the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of committing massive voter fraud in Kibra to favor a certain candidate.
According to the group, over 10,000 voters from outside Kibra have been added to the Kibra voter register, while another 19,000 voters have been deleted from the register.
Political Justice Movement Director Cidi Otieno claims that this is a plot to interfere with the credibility of the forthcoming Kibra by-election, scheduled for November 7, 2019.
IEBC had earlier stated that only 333 people were added to the register after ODM demanded to have a look at the register.
