On Sunday, October 6, 2019, Tanzanian singer Diamond Platinumz shared a photo of himself hanging out with former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand during a public event held in London.
The two were among tens of guests at the Best Of Africa Awards gala, where Diamond was awarded the Philanthropic Endeavour Community Action 2019 award for his philanthropic missions in Tanzania.
Rio was also feted during the awards gala.
After the serious work and awarding was done, Diamond thought it wise to mingle and network with the who's who in the world.
His networking landed him on Rio's front yard, and together, they settled for a photo session, with Diamond sharing the same on social media.
The photo excited thousands of his followers online who lauded him for representing them well.
