Published on October 5, 2019, Tottenham Hotpur boss Mauricio Pochettino expressed confidence in his team's commitment despite their recent struggles.

Spurs have won just three of their opening 10 games in all competitions, including a 7-2 thrashing by Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Speaking at a news conference ahead of Saturday's Premier League trip to Brighton, Pochettino said, 'I have no doubt the players always want to do their best to win.'

He added, 'They play for themselves, their families, then for the club and the coaching staff.'

Pochettino also dismissed the impact of uncertainty surrounding key players' futures, citing contracts with Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld, and Jan Vertonghen set to expire at the end of the season.

'I don't have doubts about their commitment with four, five or one year left in their contracts,' Pochettino said.

He emphasized the importance of team unity, stating, 'The most important thing that is clear is that we are all together and we are going to find a way to win again.'
