Published on October 3, 2019, a former student of Cardinal Otunga Mosocho High School shared a harrowing account of being converted into a homosexual during his time at the institution.

Admitted to the school on January 13, 2012, the student initially had high expectations, having seen his brothers excel there. However, his experience took a dark turn when he was targeted by form three boys who subjected him to special treatment, including being served food and receiving special meals.

One of the boys, who had been treating him well, eventually took him to a secluded area and made unwanted advances, which the student was shocked to experience. This marked the beginning of a traumatic period in the student's life, as he was subjected to threats, intimidation, and eventually, molestation by prefects and other seniors.

The student's life was forever changed, and he struggled to cope with the stress and shame that followed. He attempted to take his own life during the holidays but was saved by his sister. After undergoing counseling and medication, the student was transferred to a day school and eventually pursued a degree in Biochemistry.

Today, the student is grateful to have escaped the clutches of homosexuality and is determined to share his story to raise awareness about the issue.
